We provide laptops and audio-visual equipment on short-term loan. In some cases, costs are associated with this service.

Availability
This service is available to all Sauder faculty, staff and students for Sauder-related purposes.
Equipment can be booked between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

To faciliate your request by fax or in person:
When making your request, please provide the following information to our Help Desk:
- Name
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Department/Instructor
- Date and time required
- Length of time required
- Details of how you will be using the equipment
- Whether you need help setting up the equipment
Confirming your request
The Help Desk will confirm your request by e-mail. Please check your email to ensure the equipment you’ve requested is available.
